Downtown’s One Commerce Square office tower is getting a few design tweaks.
One Commerce Square’s new look and a new 60-foot mural are going before the Downtown Memphis Commission’s Design Review Board July 6.
LRK will show various designs for One Commerce Square and its parking garage to the board for approval.
The firm has designed a signage and wayfinding package for the Downtown office tower’s parking garage. This includes a lit parking sign along Union Avenue with an LED display to show parking rates and signs highlighting pedestrian and vehicle entrances.
LRK also has designed building entry upgrades and improvements to One Commerce Square itself, including a pedestrian entrance at November 6th Street with lighting and a glass overhang. Another pedestrian entrance along Monroe would get a glass roof with improved lighting as well.
