Scottsdale, Ariz.-based MC plans to invest capital and make improvements to the 680-unit, Class B garden-style apartments. MC Residential of Texas, the company’s in-house professional management group, will oversee renovations and manage the daily operations of the property. The Place at Lincoln Green was built in 1983 and features five one-bedroom floor plans and four two-bedroom plans. Each unit is equipped with refrigerations, microwaves, ceiling fans, a private patio or balcony and connections for stacking washing machines/dryers. The gated-community also has four swimming pools, a fitness center and a clubhouse.
