Home prices continue to fall nationwide, worse in Tampa Bay

U.S. home prices are expected to tumble another 2.4 percent in the second half of 2011, real estate data and valuation provider Clear Capital said in a report released Friday.
Prices decreased 3.2 percent the first half of the year despite an uptick in the second quarter.
Prices in the Tampa Bay area declined by 7.2 percent the first six months of the year and are forecast to drop 4.7 percent by the end of December.
