Mt. Lemmon restaurant is taking shape

Construction on the Sawmill Restaurant in Summerhaven is moving forward despite some delays caused by monsoons and building inspections.
Bob Zimmerman, the owner of Mount Lemmon Realty who is one of the project’s developers, said they still hope to open the restaurant in November, but that may get pushed back.
They’re still working on a menu and concept, likely to be built around “Western mountain food.”
Workers are expected to start moving equipment into the 3,300-square-foot restaurant in October.
