The deadline is fast approaching to take advantage of special incentives offered for purchasing a Rausch Coleman Home in any of the communities where the company builds in the Kansas City area. The nationally recognized builder is offering $3,500 in closing costs for buyers who use its preferred lender and a gift card to Nebraska Furniture Mart. Both incentives are available to those who purchase a home no later than July 31.
Rausch Coleman currently builds in Kensington Farms in Lee’s Summit, Sunrise Farms in Grandview, Emerson Park in Belton and Willow Springs in Gardner. The company will soon be building in The Reserve in Lenexa and is considering communities in Blue Springs and the Northland. Rausch Coleman Homes is ranked 33rd of the nation’s Top 100 Builders by Builders Magazine.
Union National Mortgage Co. in Lee’s Summit is Rausch Coleman’s preferred lender and offers a full array of mortgages, including conventional, FHA, VA, HFA and USDA/Rural Development lending products.
For those potential buyers who may have difficulty getting a mortgage because of credit issues, Rausch Coleman Homes has partnered with Key Credit Repair to help rekindle prospective homeowners’ dreams of homeownership by allowing them to invest and pay the cost to repair credit.
Rausch Coleman’s single-family homes start as low as the $120,000s, depending on the plan and community, and encompass a wide variety of floor plans, including ranch, split-level and two-story designs, all with full basements that are stubbed for bathrooms.
Unlike many communities focused on larger floor plans, Rausch Coleman Homes places great emphasis on building “easy living” homes at an affordable price with low-cost utility features, optimum room sizes and designer kitchens. The homes have from three to five bedrooms, at least two bathrooms and two- or three-car garages.
The homes feature the latest designs and decor selections. Hardwood floors, oil-brushed bronze hardware, professionally selected light fixtures, Whirlpool appliances, large walk-in pantries, double vanities in the master bathrooms, a variety of countertop and cabinet options, designer-selected color packages, energy-efficient low-E windows, blown insulation and professional landscaping are just the beginning.
The company prides itself on delivering unsurpassed service and attention to detail in every part of the homebuilding and home-buying process and is equally dedicated to providing professional, dependable service after the sale through its industry-leading home warranty program, Service of the Second Mile.
“Rausch Coleman Homes provides buyers worry-free living with a limited lifetime warranty to cover all structural aspects of the house for the duration the buyer lives in their home,” said Rachael Durant, director of sales and marketing. “We simply stand behind the homes we build.”
The limited lifetime warranty covers the roof system, foundation wall system and structural, load-bearing walls of the home. The company also offers a 10-year waterproof foundation warranty that is transferable and Rausch Coleman manages all warranty work for the homeowner.
A family-owned and operated firm run by founder Buddy Coleman and grandson John Rausch, Rausch Coleman Homes started building in Arkansas. That early success led the company to branch out into numerous cities in Arkansas and in Oklahoma in Tulsa and Oklahoma City.
More than 54 years later, Rausch Coleman Homes has developed a reputation for building high quality, affordable communities that people are proud to call home. It is the largest builder in Oklahoma and Arkansas and was recently ranked 33rd of the nation’s Top 100 Builders by Builders Magazine, the marketing team said.
