The Saturday auction will be for northern Atlanta area foreclosures while the Sunday event will cover southern Atlanta area foreclosures.

Both auctions are open to the public. Registration is free and begins at 8 a.m. on both days. The auctions will start promptly at 9:30 a.m. To bid in person, you must bring a government-issued ID, W-2 forms for the last two years, a personal checkbook and a $2,500 cashier’s check made payable to yourself. In order to bid on multiple properties, you must bring a $5,000 cashier’s check for each subsequent property.
